Refund Policy and Guarantees

Earth Labs Australia offers a Money Back Guarantee if you are not completely satisfied
within the first 30 days of receiving your product. Customers need to send the full product back to our address at the customer’s cost.


Earth Labs Australia will give a full refund on the price of any product purchased when the
product is returned to us within 14 days of purchase, this excludes shipping costs, customs, duties and taxes. We do this in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you
received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Where are your products grown?

What does 100% Australian made mean:
This means that the entire production process has taken place within the country and the product is
100% Australian grown. The term is usually used to indicate that the product has a higher degree of
quality and reliability, as well as encourages people to support local suppliers. So no imported or
inferior products from countries that are not focused on sustainability and ethical growing practices,
and often used in other similar products to cut down on cost and aiming to gain more profitability.

Extraction process/Ratio

A double-extraction is the process of using both alcohol and water to extract different properties.
Some beneficial properties in mushrooms called beta-glucans are water-soluble while other
properties called triterpenes are alcohol-soluble.
For that reason, it’s often best to use a double extraction method in medicinal mushroom tinctures.

So our Double Liquid Drippers are spring water and alcohol based and engineered in our lab using
this unique double extraction process, they are full spectrum which means that we use both the
mushroom fruiting bodies and the mycelium in our extraction process to create a well-rounded, high
quality product.
